WhatsApp Code of Conduct (Verhaltenskodex)

Die WiWiss-WhatsApp-Community dient zur Vernetzung und Austausch von Studierenden am Fachbereich Wirtschaftswissenschaft der FU Berlin. Sie wird betrieben und moderiert vom Mentoring-Programm und Mitgliedern der fsi wiwiss.

Um das angenehme und diskriminierungsfreie Miteinander zu wahren, halten sich die Adminstrator*innen der Gruppen das Recht vor, Nutzer bei unangemessenem Verhalten zu entfernen und entsprechenden Inhalt zu löschen.

Des Weiteren möchten wir euch bitten, keine Skripte und Lernunterlagen, die euch direkt durch den Fachbereich zur Verfügung gestellt werden, (online) zu verbreiten. Damit wird gegen das Urheberrecht verstoßen und kann zu rechtlichen Konsequenzen führen. Sollten doch Skripte oder ähnliches in der What’s App Community geteilt werden, werden die Administrator*innen die geteilten Inhalte umgehend löschen und ggf. die Gruppenmitglieder aus der Community ausschließen.

Wir möchten an dieser Stelle betonen, dass wir Spamming nicht tolerieren. Wir setzen uns für eine respektvolle und effektive Nutzung unserer Plattform ein. Daher bitten wir euch inständig, von jeglicher Form des unerwünschten Massenversands (bspw. Die gleiche Nachricht an mehrere Gruppen zu senden) abzusehen. Wir werden aktiv darauf achten und angemessene Maßnahmen ergreifen, sollten wir derartige Verstöße feststellen. Stattdessen ermutigen wir euch, die richtigen und angemessenen Gruppen zu nutzen, um spezifische Inhalte zu teilen. Nur so können wir eine positive und produktive Gemeinschaft aufrechterhalten.

The WiWiss-WhatsApp-Community serves the connection and exchange of students at the Department of Business and Economics of the FU Berlin. It is operated and moderated by the Mentoirng-programme and members of the fsi wiwiss.

In order to ensure a pleasant and non-discriminatory interaction, adminsitrators of the groups reserve the right to remove users in case of inappropriate behavior and to delete corresponding content.

Furthermore, we would like to ask you not to share (online) scripts and learning materials that are made available to you directly by the department. This infringes copyright law and may lead to legal consequences. Should scripts or similar be shared in the What’s App community, the administrators will immediately delete the shared content and, if necessary, exclude the group members from the community.

We would like to emphasize at this point that we do not tolerate spamming. We are committed to a respectful and effective use of our platform. Therefore, we earnestly ask you to refrain from any form of unwanted mass messaging (e.g., sending the same message to multiple groups). We will actively monitor this and take appropriate measures should we detect such violations. Instead, we encourage you to use the correct and appropriate groups to share specific content. Only in this way can we maintain a positive and productive community.
